Rates until 31st December 2011

For one night only, £55 for two people sharing a room or £45 for single occupancy.

For two or more nights, £50 per night for two people sharing a room or £40 per night for single occupancy.

Rates from 1st January 2012

For one night only, £60 for two people sharing a room or £50 for single occupancy.

For two or more nights, £55 per night for two people sharing a room or £45 per night for single occupancy.

We regret having to make this increase.  In an effort to help potential guests continue to enjoy a break during the recession and despite rising expenses, particularly the cost of food and fuel, we have kept our basic room price the same for the last four years, although we have added supplements for single night stays and single occupancy.  However, we have now reached the point where a small increase cannot be avoided and we hope you will understand.

Packed lunches and evening meals are available by prior arrangement at an additional charge.

Prices include full Scottish cooked breakfast or items of the guests’ choice from our breakfast menu.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or traveller’s cheque.  We are not able to accept payment by credit or debit card.

Special dietary needs accommodated (prior notice must be given).

We try to be flexible with meal times, check-in and check-out times but when we are busy guests should be prepared to check in no earlier than 15.00 and to check out by 11.00.

Obedient pets (and children!) welcome, by prior arrangement.
