Directions

From Glasgow take A82 to Tarbet. Continue on A83 for about 8 miles to top of Rest & Be Thankful. Turn left onto B828 signed Lochgoilhead. After 3 miles turn left onto B839. After 3 miles turn right at bridge, signed Carrick Castle. Follow lochside road for 4 miles to a small group of houses on the left of the road. Tigh-na-Cala is the second house in the group.

From Inveraray take A83 for Glasgow. After 11 miles turn right onto A815 signed Dunoon. After 3 miles turn left onto B839 signed Lochgoilhead and Carrick Castle. After 6 miles turn right at bridge, signed Carrick Castle.  Continue as above.

IMPORTANT  If you are using a SatNav system please note that you will reach Tigh-na-Cala up to 1.6 miles (2.5 kilometres) before the final destination indicated on the device.
