Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en suite bathroom comprising bath with power shower, wash-hand basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and en suite shower room comprising walk-in power shower unit, wash-hand basin and toilet. There is a heated towel rail in the bedroom. For guests staying two nights or more, the beds can be combined to form a queen-size double bed if desired (prior notice must be given).  Please note that this option does not apply to single night stays.

Both bedrooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, blackout blinds, dressing table, alarm clock, hair-dryer, visitor adaptor (for 240V electrical equipment of guests from Europe, USA, Australia, China & Latin America) and torch in case of power cuts.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Booster chair, bedrail and night light available for small children.

The guests’ lounge boasts spectacular views of Loch Goil through the picture window. A wood-burning stove serves to cheer guests on a cold winter day. There are tea and coffee-making facilities, including a cappuccino machine. We are not licensed to sell alcohol but there is a small fridge that provides storage for milk and bottled water and guests are free to use it to keep their own wine and beers etc. cool.

There is a wide-screen HD TV with Sky, home cinema system, VCR and a variety of videos, CDs and DVDs for guests’ use. We also offer free WiFi or use of our home computer, telephone land line if a guest is unable to receive a mobile signal, and use of an ironing board and iron on request.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

Guests can enjoy the veranda which is partially covered, the large garden leading down to the water’s edge and the lochside decking. There is a gate leading to the shore. Smoking is permitted in all these areas.
On a sunny day the veranda can be used for serving breakfast al fresco if desired.
